Health Maintenance Organisation

The Health Maintenance Organization has been in operation since 1986, and provides a wide range of industrial health screening services including audiometry/tympanometry, lung function testing, vision screening, ECGS, body mass measurement and urinalysis. HMO has been designing health screening programme for industry for several years according to the exigencies and requirements of companies in the manufacturing industry as well as in the services industry.

The test results are input into a computerized system which also prints out individual test reports to be given to each person tested. The HMO computer reporting system/software has been developed since 1996 and now provides an accurate and fast patient/client reporting system which places the Company in the forefront in this field.

Sickness absence control systems have been developed for major clients to provide support to their COSHH systems.

During the next two year period HMO will be expanding both its testing range and client base and hopes that newly appointed staff will be able to continue the progress made to date.

The HMO administration office is located in Sliema, but the Offices are manned by the secretarial team every day including Public Holidays
